Brewed in honor of our location within downtown Frisco's Rail District. We blended red X malt which gives an intense red color with pilsner, special roast, special B and chocolate malt to give this beer a signature toasty and sweet aroma and flavor. The addition of Fuggles, Willamette, EKG hops adds an earthy, sweet, spicy floral aroma.

We collaborated with La Finca coffee right here in the Rail District for this delicious brew! We hand selected the coffee bean during a coffee tasting with owner, Lee Gonzalez. The result is a rich and indulgent beer that combines the deep, roasted flavors of coffee with the creamy sweetness of chocolate. The stout base offers a smooth, velvety mouthfeel, with notes of dark malt and subtle hints of caramel. The coffee adds an earthy, robust bitterness, while the chocolate brings a lush sweetness that balances the bitterness perfectly.

A refreshing burst of tartness and tang that'll invigorate your senses and quench your thirst like never before. Tart & Tangy Tease seltzer is a tantalizing fusion of cranberry, lime, and cherry that'll awaken your taste buds with a symphony of bold flavors.

Betty White Ale is full-bodied in flavor with a creamy texture and comes alive with the addition of coriander, paradise seed and sweet orange peel. **Ask for a "Blanche" if you are feeling a bit frisky!

We call this Raspberry infused version of our Betty White Ale the "Blanche". By adding raspberry syrup we create a flavor profile similar to a Framboise...a belgian style beer fermented with raspberries. It's delightful!!

This pale ale features a crisp malt base of Pilsner, Maris Otter, and Vienna malts, offering a light, biscuity sweetness with a touch of toasty complexity.
